File Storage

FileStorage — a service for managing files and related entities.

The FileStorage service provides an API for uploading, storing, processing, retrieving, and managing files, as well as for working with tags, avatars, statistics, and file access security.

File storage allows you to link files to various system objects: clients, applications, contracts, leads, and other entities. This ensures convenient document management organization and access to files in the context of specific business processes. The service supports bulk operations, integration with OCR for automatic text recognition in documents, as well as image verification.

Working with the Service

Main Features:

• Upload, update, delete, and retrieve files by ID and by entities (clients, contracts, leads, applications).

• Bulk upload and processing of files, obtaining links to file groups.

• Public file upload and obtaining public links.

• Image verification, launching and obtaining OCR processing results.

• Tag management: creation, update, deletion, publishing, order modification.

• Obtaining statistics on files, tags, and other entities.

File Upload Limitations

Format Limitations:

• Supported file formats:
  • Images: txt, jpg, jpeg, png.
  • Documents: pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, xml.
• If you need to add a file format - contact the administrators.

Size Limitations:

• Maximum file size: 50 MB.
• If you need to increase the limit - contact the administrators.
