File Storage
To access file storage settings, go to the "Admin" section and select the "File Storage" block.

File Storage Tags
Tags are used for classifying and grouping files in the system.
Configuring tags for file categories allows you to:
- Create new tags that correspond to the required file categories.
- Edit existing tags — change their name and nesting.
- Delete outdated or unnecessary tags to maintain classification relevance.
- More precisely classify files by dividing categories into subcategories.
- Use tags for convenient filtering and searching files in file storage.
When uploading a file, the user can select a tag, thereby assigning the file to the appropriate category.

Batch File Export
Batch export allows you to download multiple files from file storage simultaneously in a single request.
Configuring batch export parameters
- Select "Object Type"
- Client
- Application
- Contract
- Select "Selection Type"
- By period (specify start and end dates)
- By ID
- Enter "Client IDs"
Enter one or more identifiers separated by any delimiter (for example: space, period, or comma).
- Select "File Categories"
You can select one or more categories. If none selected — all available files will be exported without category filtering.
- Click "Start Process"
After starting, the system will begin generating an archive with files according to the specified parameters.

After clicking the "Start Process" button, the system begins processing the specified selection parameters and finds all matching files. Then the ZIP archive generation process starts automatically. Upon completion, the archive with the selected files becomes available for download, and its status and link are displayed in the user interface.

Uploading Files
Select the required entity (for example, client, lead, application, or contract) and go to its page.
In the "Uploaded Files" tab, click the "Upload File" button.
When uploading, you need to select a file category from the list (for example, "Passport", "Agreement", "Real Estate", etc.)
In the opened window, select a file from your computer. The following file formats are supported: .pdf, .jpg, .png, .gif.

"Client Files" Section
Uploaded files are displayed on the corresponding pages of each entity — client, application, contract, collateral, etc.
All files uploaded to the system can be viewed in the "Client" section → "Files" tab.
The section displays:
- Files attached to the client
- Files attached to the loan (lead, application, or contract)
- Files attached to collateral
- Files attached to deposit
- Files attached to share
- Files attached to cash flow
The section displays the following file information: entity, Upload Date, File Name, Description, Size, Comment. Files can be viewed, downloaded, or deleted.
