Subdivisions

Subdivisions – this directory stores the list of subdivisions of the Organization. In some organizations, two subdivisions may operate in one branch, for example, in the Tula branch, the following subdivisions operate: the office on Mayakovskaya and Michurina. If there is only one subdivision in the branch, create one subdivision for each branch with the name "Main".

Before adding information about a subdivision, you need to create the "Legal Entities" directory and the "Branch" directory.

To add a subdivision to the directory, follow the links:

"Directories" > "Subdivisions" or

"Admin" > "Directories" > "Subdivisions".

The directory looks as follows:

To add a new subdivision, click the "Create" button. In the new subdivision, fill in the information that is mainly used for printed forms in contracts, cash receipt and disbursement orders, or in schedules.

The following form is displayed on the page for filling in:

Name – Name of the subdivision

Head's position in nominative case – The head's position is indicated in the nominative case.

Head's position in genitive case – The head's position is indicated in the genitive case.

Head's full name in nominative case for contract – The head's full name is indicated in the nominative case

Head's full name in nominative case for cash documents – The head's full name is indicated in the nominative case

Head's full name in genitive case for contract – The head's full name is indicated in the genitive case

Chief accountant – The full name of the chief accountant is indicated.

Document in genitive case – The full name of the chief accountant is indicated in the genitive case.

Organization power of attorney – Power of attorney number for the printed form

TIN – The organization's TIN is indicated

OKPO code – The organization's OKPO is indicated

Court for printed forms – The territorial authority where disputes will be resolved if they arise is indicated – it will be displayed in the printed form.

Phone – The subdivision's phone number is indicated.

Prefix for CFS – Prefix for the Cash Receipt and Disbursement Order number.

Address – Office address

Prefix for credit contracts – Prefix for contract numbers.

Branch – A previously created branch to which the subdivision is linked is indicated. This field pulls information from the "Branch" directory.

Accountant – Select an accountant from the dropdown list of users.

Cashier – Select a cashier from the dropdown list of users.

After filling in all the data, click the "Save" button to save

Fill in the information about the subdivision; most of these fields are used in printed forms of contracts, repayment schedules, etc.

Note:

If your organization is engaged in POS-lending, then in this directory you can assign a store to a specific subdivision. To do this, click the "Add" button and select the store address from the dropdown list (you must first enter the store addresses in the "Stores" directory).
