Basic - Retired Clients

The report shows retired clients. The report is generated for a period. Retired clients are considered to be clients who have no active loans for a certain period of time. There is a setting in constants to regulate the number of days for a client to be included in the "Retired Clients" report, and this setting is called "Retirement Period in Days".

This instruction will show a breakdown of records and fields of the "Retired Clients" report for a period. To get the report, you need to generate it by selecting "Report" - "Basic" - "Retired Clients" in the taskbar, setting the time period, selecting the appropriate filter if necessary, and clicking the "Generate" button. Then select from the list of generated reports and download it to your PC.

To generate the report with a specific filter, you need to set this filter before generating the report. Selection can be made by values from the contract, application, client, and operation.

Below is report generation without a filter:

  • The "Full Name" field displays personal information about the borrower – full name. This information is displayed in the "Contract" section.

  • The "Last Operation Date" field displays the date of the last operation on the contract. This information is displayed in the "Contract" - "Financial Information" section.

  • The "Date Added to Database" field indicates the date when the client was added to the database. This information is displayed in the "Client" section.

  • The "Number of Contracts" field indicates the number of contracts the client has at the time of report generation.

  • The "Total Interest Paid" field indicates the total amount of all interest paid on all loans for the specified time period of report generation.

  • The "Days Overdue" field indicates the total number of overdue days on all loans at the time of report generation.

  • The "Client Status" field indicates the client status assigned when receiving the loan. This information is displayed in "Client" - "Risk Status".

  • The "Contact Number" field shows all phone numbers that were specified when creating the client. Data can be viewed in "Client".

  • The "Amount Issued" field indicates the total amount issued to the client in hand.
