Deleting Data from the System (Client/Application/Contract/Operations)

Before deleting any data, you need to understand the sequence of relationships between them. It looks as follows:

Lead > Client > Client Monitoring > Application > Contract > Cash Flow (payments) > Processes (disbursements/accruals/repayments)

When deleting, you should follow the reverse order. This means you cannot delete a client from the system without first removing their associations, if any exist (applications/contracts, etc.), or you cannot delete a contract if, for example, a disbursement has already been made on it and the Operations and Cash Flow have not been previously deleted from the system. Let's examine each step in detail:

Processes (disbursements/accruals/repayments)

Processes are located on the main contract page

First, you need to find the contract of interest by its number/client's last name/id, etc. We can only delete operations in sequence from newest to oldest. We cannot delete a process from 1.02.17 if operations for 2.02.17 and 3.02.17 have already been recorded in the system, since the process from 1.02.17 had a direct impact on the account balance and is correlated with subsequent operations. To delete an operation, click on the trash icon on the right. In the window that opens, agree to the system's confirmations and complete the action by selecting "Delete".

To delete all operations at once, simply click on the trash icon for the earliest operation and perform the same actions (the system will automatically select the entire list). You can also delete operations starting from a specific day to the present. To do this, select "Delete" above the operations list on the right and specify the desired date and time.

Cash Flow (payments)

Cash Flow is located in the "Contracts > View > Financial Information" section. To delete a payment, click on the trash icon on the right.

Deleting a payment will only be possible if all operations from the date corresponding to the payment to the present time have been deleted beforehand. That is, if you want to delete an incoming payment of 3,000 rubles, you need to ensure that all rows in the "Processes" section have been deleted for the period from 29.01.2018. Note: all payments before the specified deletion period will become unaccepted and available for deletion.

To restore the payment history and, accordingly, operations, use the actions in the upper right corner of the page. When filling out the "Cash Flow - Incoming" form, in the "Order Number" field you can specify the number that was assigned to the deleted payment, or leave the field empty, and the system will automatically assign a sequential number to the payment.

Contract

Find the contract of interest using the most suitable search criteria. If you are looking for a specific contract, you can find it by number, for example. If you need to delete several contracts issued to one client, you can search by last name, and the system will display a list of all client contracts. In the contract of interest, select "Edit", and a "Delete" button will appear at the bottom of the form. If all data from the previous steps has been deleted, the contract will be deleted without any issues.

Application

Deleting applications is done the same way as deleting contracts.

Client Monitoring

This menu is located in the "Admin > Client Monitoring" section. Deletion occurs immediately after selecting "Delete", without confirmations. You can also always create a new monitoring record if needed, for example, if the client's agent has changed.

Client

Deleting a client is done the same way as deleting a contract or application. A client will only be deleted without issues if there are no remaining associations; otherwise, the system will display an error.

P.S.:

If you need to delete all data or a large volume of it, you can use the contract/client report export. To get current data, go to "Reports > Basic > select the one you need". Then select "Generate Report". A link to the Excel file will appear on the right at the end of the list. The file will contain a list of all requested data up to the present time.
