Property Types

Property Types – this directory stores information about Property Types, for example: state, municipal or private, apartment, house, etc. It is used in the client questionnaire and can also be used for selection in reports. The directory is filled with necessary objects according to the organization's needs.

To add a new property type, click on the "Create" link, fill in the property name and click the "Save" button to save:

Additionally, you can set a reduction coefficient for the property type.
