Branches – this directory stores the list of Organization branches, it is necessary for dividing contracts by corresponding branches, for differentiating user access rights, and is used as filters in reports.
Before adding branch information, you need to create the "Legal Entities" directory
To add a branch to the directory, follow the links:
"Directories" > "Branches". The directory looks as follows:

To add a new branch, click the "Create" button
The following form is displayed on the page for filling out:

Name – Branch name
Minimum amount for review by the credit committee – Specify the amount from which a borrower can apply to the organization.
Current branch/Head branch - you need to specify the branch attribute
Region – Select the region. This field is a dropdown list, information is pulled from the "Region" directory.
Bank - The bank where the organization is serviced. This field is a dropdown list, information is pulled from the "Banks" directory.
Legal Entity – Select the Legal Entity to which the branch will be attached, previously entered in the "Legal Entities" directory
Court for print forms indicates the territorial authority where disputes will be resolved if they arise – will be displayed in the print form.
Name in nominative case – This field contains information about the organization name in nominative case.
Name in genitive case - This field contains information about the organization name in genitive case.
Short name – this field contains information about the short name of the organization
TIN – this field contains the organization's TIN number
KPP – this field contains the organization's KPP number
OGRN – this field contains the organization's OGRN number
Settlement Account – the organization's settlement account is specified.
DDS prefix – the prefix for the Receipt and Expense order number is specified.
Contract prefix – the prefix for the contract number is specified. Configuration is done by a programmer.
SMS sending login – this field contains the SMS provider login
SMS sending password – this field contains the SMS provider password
SMS sender – this field contains the sender name from the SMS provider's account.
Address - in this section specify the branch address
After filling in all the data, click the "Save" button to save.
Fill in the information about the branch, most of these fields are used in print forms of contracts, repayment schedules, etc.
