Shops

Shops is a directory that stores a list of shops (offices). A shop is the smallest structural unit in an organization; one branch can have several shops. When creating a branch, at the end of the form you can add a shop and select the required shop from the dropdown list in the address field.

To view the directory, go to: Directory => Shops. To create a new shop, click "Create". In the form that opens, you need to fill in the following fields:

Name - the name of the shop is specified;

Bank - select a bank from the dropdown list, the data is pulled from the "Banks" directory;

Owner name - the name of the shop owner;

Contract number - the contract number between the shop and the credit organization;

Registration address - legal address of the shop;

Account, correspondent account, BIC

In the addresses section, click the "Add" button. In the field that opens, select the shop address from the dropdown list. Data in this field is pulled from the "Internal Addresses" directory. If necessary, you can add multiple shop addresses.

Click "Save".
