Lead refusal if the client refused at the time of the loan
Setting the client refusal status if the client refused the loan at the time of signing the contract or did not receive the money transfer.
If for some reason you need to set the "client refusal" status for an already approved application (the client refused to sign the contract, did not receive the money transfer), you need to set the "client refusal" status for the lead. At this moment, the created contract will be automatically deleted, and the application will change its status from "To be issued" to "client refusal".
To set the "client refusal" status for a lead, go to the Leads section.

Next, find the lead for which you need to set the "client refusal" status.
You can use the search or browse through the list, whichever is more convenient for the user.
By clicking on the required Lead, the information about it opens.

In the lead information on the right, click the red "reject" button and wait for a positive message about the completed process.
Next, you can check the loan application status:

The contract has been deleted, the application has changed its status to "client refusal".
