Operation "Forced Schedule Recalculation with Annuity Change"
The "Forced Schedule Recalculation" operation – recalculates the Payment Schedule on the scheduled payment date with annuity amount recalculation, without checking the loan product settings. It is required for exceptional situations. Its advantage is that it can be performed with any loan product settings. The disadvantage is that all documents need to be processed manually (prepayment transfer, early offset) before starting the process.
Let's consider an example:
On the repayment day, the client deposits an amount exceeding the regular payment, and we want to process a partial early repayment and recalculate the payment schedule. Since payment distribution occurs in such a way that part of the prepayment is allocated to interest. You need to:
1. Transfer prepayment from interest to principal.
Go to the contract's financial information and click the "Adjustments" button. In the opened window, select "Transfer prepayment from interest to principal", fill in the date and time, and click "Start Process".

After the process is successfully completed, all prepayment will be allocated to principal:

2. Process early prepayment offset.
In adjustments, select the "Early Prepayment Offset" operation. In the opened window, fill in the date, time, and click the "Start Process" button.

After the process is successfully completed, principal repayment will occur using the prepayment:

3. Perform forced schedule recalculation with annuity amount change.
In adjustments, select the specified operation, in the opened window fill in the date (it must correspond to the next scheduled payment date) and click the "Start Process" button.
