Information on Running Batch Tasks ​

To view information on running tasks and batch processing, go to the "Admin" menu item and in the "Processes" section click the "Information on Running Batch Tasks" button.

The opened page is informational in nature.

Data example

In this section, you can set a date range for which you need to see completed processes. To do this, set the required dates in the "Select date range" window.

Table fields:

  • User – the name of the user who started the process.
  • Process – the name of the running process.
  • Process type – manual and auto. Manual – a process that was started by a user from the interface, auto – processes started automatically by overnight batch processing.
  • Process date – the date for which the process was executed.
  • Actual start date – the start date.
  • Total – how many contracts in total were supposed to be processed by this process.
  • Processed – how many contracts were actually processed.
  • Errors – how many contracts out of the total number were not processed.
  • Status – the current status of processing (processing completed or still in progress).

Example: If you started processing contracts on 22.06.2020, but the contract processing is for the date 15.06.2020, then:

  • "Process date" will be indicated as 15.06.2020
  • "Actual start date" - 22.06.2020

Also, by "Process type" there is an option to filter by "Auto" and "Manual", thus by setting the "Auto" filter, you can see on which days batch contract processing took place.
