Exclusion from Shareholders

To exclude a client from cooperative membership, you need to close the share by creating a Cash Flow of the Share Refund type. After completing this operation, the corresponding marks will appear in the Cash Flow and Financial Information sections.


Creating Cash Flow for Share Closure

  1. Go to the Cash Flow section and create a new operation of the Share Refund type.
  2. After creating the Cash Flow, an icon will appear in the interface indicating successful operation completion.

Updating Financial Information

A record of the completed operation will appear in the Financial Information section of the share. This confirms that the share has been successfully closed.

Updating the Shareholder Register

After closing the share, a record will appear in the Shareholder Register report indicating that the client has been excluded from the cooperative.

Note: Make sure that all mandatory contributions and client debts have been paid off before exclusion from the cooperative.
