Basic - Closed Loans

Closed loans – repaid loans for the specified period, including information about the total amount of all repayments on the contract: Interest, penalties, fees.

The report generates a selection of closed loans for a given period.

When generating the report, you can use a filter.

The elements contained in the report are linked. This instruction will show an analysis of the records and fields of the "Closed Loans" report for the selected period. To get the report, you need to generate it by selecting "Report" - "Basic" - "Closed Loans" from the taskbar, set the date, select the appropriate filter or mode if necessary, and click the "generate" button. Then select from the list of generated reports and download it to your PC.

To generate the report with a specific filter, you need to set this filter before generating the report. Selection can be made by values from the contract, application, client, and operation. Report example:

  • The "No." field displays the sequential number in the report list.

  • The "No. by group" field displays the sequential number in the report list.

  • The "Region" field displays the name of the region where the loan was opened. When filling out the Branch directory, the Region is specified.

  • The "Branch" field displays the name of the branch where the loan was opened. An organization may have several branches, accordingly, the report will include the branch where the loan was opened. A branch is a grouping of divisions by their territorial proximity to each other. This information is displayed in the "Contract" - "Request" section. Let me explain with an example: An organization has 3 loan issuance points in the city of Odintsovo. The city of Odintsovo will be the branch, and the 3 issuance points located in the city of Odintsovo will be the division.

  • The "Division" field displays the name of the division where the loan was issued. An organization may have several divisions, accordingly, the report will include the division where the loan was opened. In the program, any issuance point is considered a division. This information is displayed in the "Contract" - "Request" section.

  • The "Funding Source" field specifies the value that is filled in when creating a contract. This information is displayed in the "Contract" - "Request" section.

  • The "Client" field displays personal information about the borrower. This information is displayed in the "Contract" section.

  • The "Contract" field specifies the unique sequential number of credit contracts. This information is displayed in the "Contract" section.

  • The "Closing Status" field displays information about the loan closing status. This information is displayed in the "Contract" section.

  • The "Issue Date" field displays the loan issue date. This information is displayed in the "Contract" section.

  • The "Closing Date" field displays the loan closing date. This information is displayed in the "Contract" section.

  • The "Number of Payments" field specifies information about the number of payments on the contract. This information is displayed in the "Contract" - "Financial Information" - "Payments" section.

  • The "Number of Grace Periods" field displays information about the loan grace periods. In the credit product settings, you can configure grace tranches if you select the interest accrual method – residual with grace tranches.

  • The "City" field displays information about the city from the residential address. The data can be viewed in the "Client" in the "Addresses" section.

  • The "Loan Specialist" field pulls information about the loan specialist who created the contract. The data can be viewed in the "Contract" in the "Request" - "Loan Specialist" section.

  • The "Loan Amount" field displays the loan amount. This information is displayed in the "Contract" - "Financial Information" - "Cash Flow" section.

  • The "Principal Repaid" field displays the repaid principal debt amount.

  • The "Active Amount" field displays information about the remaining principal loan amount that the client must pay to repay the loan. This information is displayed in the "Contract" - "Financial Information" - "Total" section.

  • The "% Accrued" field specifies the total amount of all accrued interest on the loan (simple and overdue interest).

  • The "% Repaid" field specifies the total repaid interest amount on the loan (simple and overdue interest).

  • The "Penalty Accrued" field specifies the total accrued penalty amount (Late payment penalty, collection penalty, interest penalty).

  • The "Penalty Repaid" field specifies the total repaid penalty amount (Late payment penalty, collection penalty, interest penalty).

  • The "Group" field displays information about the client group name for group loans. This value is filled in when creating a group agreement.

  • The "Group Agreement" field displays information about the group agreement name.
