Loan Calculator

Before issuing a loan to a borrower, you can generate a payment schedule for a credit product using the loan calculator.

The loan calculator is integrated into the system interface and is accessible via an icon in the upper right corner of the applications section. This allows you to quickly navigate to the payment schedule calculation directly from the context of working with an application, without leaving the main interface.

When launching the calculator, a dialog window opens with a form for entering parameters. The system ensures field interconnection - when selecting a credit product group, the corresponding parameters are automatically filled in, including the credit product itself, which minimizes input errors and speeds up the process.

In the form, you need to specify the loan amount, select the credit product (the system will automatically fill in the related fields), set the period and tranche term, then be sure to click the "calculate dates" button.

When clicking the "Calculate Schedule" button, the system performs a comprehensive calculation using the annuity payment algorithm. The total cost of the loan is calculated. A detailed payment schedule is generated with a breakdown by principal, interest, and fees. The system automatically distributes the principal amount across tranches according to the established period.
