Reasons for Refusal

Reasons for refusal is a directory that stores options for reasons for refusing to provide a loan to a Client by the Credit Committee. It is set in the application during review based on the Credit Committee's decision.

To view the directory, go to "Directories" > "Reasons for Refusal".

For adding a new reason for refusal, click the "Add" link, fill in the reason name, and click the "Save" button to save:
