Cumulative - Cumulative on Active Loans

Cumulative on Active Loans – a report that shows the active portfolio on hand, can be generated by branches, departments, loan officers, loan products, funding sources, and other groupings.

Active contract (loan) – is a contract that has an outstanding Principal amount.

The report interface is as follows:

  • Fill in the report date;

  • Select the mode with or without off-balance sheet amounts;

  • Group by: select the required grouping. For example, if you need information by branches, select Object – Contract, Field – Branch; If you need information by funding sources, select Object – Contract, Field – Funding Source, etc.;

  • Filters – if necessary, you can set conditions, for example: by region, branch, litigation/non-litigation cases, by loan amounts, etc. After selecting conditions, click the "+" button to add a filter;

  • Click the "Generate Report" button

The report form is as follows (by branches):

  • Report date;

  • Information on report grouping, in our example: Branch;

  • Report mode, in our example with off-balance sheet amounts;

  • Column with row number;

  • Value – in our example, this is Branch;

  • Number of loans – number of active loans;

  • Share in % - percentage share of the total portfolio (principal amount);

  • Average loan term – average value of loan term (number of installments);

  • Amount on hand – Principal balance on active contracts;

  • Average loan amount – average value of loan amount for active contracts;

  • Weighted average rate – weighted average effective interest rate, calculated according to the formula of the National Bank of Kazakhstan.
