Basic - Report on Complex Processes ​

This report generates and displays all data on complex processes, such as loan issuance, partial payment, interest accrual (any movement on a contract).

To generate the report, go to "Report" - "Basic" - "Report on Complex Processes", set the period, select the appropriate filter if necessary, and click the "Generate" button. Then select from the list of generated reports and download it to your PC.

This report can be generated in several modes:

  • "By contract" - if you check this box, the report will contain contract-specific information about process execution, errors, or process deletion. If you don't check the box, the report will be generated in a summarized format, with the process name and the number of processed contracts and errors.

  • "Branch" - select a branch if you need to generate this report only for a specific branch.

  • "Mode" - you can select the data type.

This report displays information on all processes with their execution and deletion history.

  • "No." field - this field displays the record sequence number

  • "Date" field - this field displays the date of the operation

  • "Process type" field - this field displays the process type (operation type)

  • "Branch" field - this field displays the name of the branch where the loan was opened. An organization may have several branches, accordingly, the report will include the branch where the loan was opened.

  • "Filtering" field - this field displays an explanation of the process or filter.

  • "Contract" field - this field displays the contract number for which the operation was performed.

  • "Description" field - this field displays an explanation of the process.

  • "Total number of contracts" field - this field displays information on the number of contracts for this process

  • "Number of completed processes" field - this field displays information on the number of completed processes for this process

  • "Number of saved processes" field - this field displays information on the number of saved contracts for this process.

  • "Number of incomplete processes" field - this field displays information on the number of unprocessed contracts for this process
