Lead Generator Workflow

1) It is necessary to define the required fields in the Brainysoft system in accordance with the available fields of the lead generator.

To do this, you can check the field requirements in the system (Admin - Model Editors)

2) Providing Brainysoft specialists with a template of the fields filled in by the lead generator.

3) Working in the system:

a. Creating a lead (lead)

Please note: ​

  1. Addresses are specified in accordance with FIAS;

  2. Fields required for saving in the Client / Application are filled in via EXTRAFIELDS (client / loanApplication);

Example: Client profile - for creation, a required set of constant fields (firstName, lastName, sexId, birthDate, passport.no, passport.issueDate, mobilePhone, managerId, addressData.countryId, registrationAddressData.countryId, bureauConsentDate); Client application - for creating an application, a minimum set of constant fields (similar to the Client profile, everything depends on individual settings + constant fields)

  1. Consent for personal data processing and confirmation code must also be transmitted.

b. Sending the lead to the Decision Making System (SPR) in the Brainysoft system.

c. If necessary, saving client files in the file storage (http://file.brainysoft.ru).

d. Check the correspondence of field masks between the lead generator and Brainysoft.
