Blacklist

TIP

Description of blacklist API methods:

"Developers""Integrations""Blacklist".

Adding to the blacklist is possible in two ways: through the client card or through the "Admin" section. The system also provides integration with the Decision Making System (DMS), where automatic verification steps are configured, for example, by full name, mobile phone, and other parameters.

Adding to the blacklist from the client card

Important! Adding a client to the blacklist through their card is not linked to the administrative section. A record added this way will not appear in the blacklist in the "Admin" section and will not be displayed among bulk uploaded records.

This method allows you to add a client to the blacklist directly from their card. The action is available to users with the appropriate permissions and applies to a specific client.

To add to the blacklist, you need to go to the client card. At the top of the card, there is an option to switch to editing mode.

In editing mode, you need to find the "Service Information" section on the page. This section contains the "In Blacklist" checkbox. If necessary, the client can be marked as being on the blacklist — for this, the corresponding checkbox is checked. After making changes, you need to click "Save".

Visual changes after adding to the blacklist

  • A BL mark will appear next to the full name in the client card.
  • A black frame will appear around the client's avatar.
  • A black bar with a warning will appear at the top of the card: "Attention! Client is on the blacklist!".

In the general client list, a BL icon also appears next to the full name of such a client.

After performing these actions, the client is considered added to the blacklist, and the corresponding information becomes visible to all system users.

Adding to the blacklist from the "Admin" section

Important Adding records to the blacklist through the "Admin" section (bulk upload via file) is not linked to the client card. Records uploaded this way will not be displayed in the client card with the warning: "Attention! Client is on the blacklist!" and will not appear in the general client list with the "BL" mark.

This method allows you to bulk add records to the blacklist through the administrative interface — by uploading a file using a template. However, you can only work with already uploaded records one at a time: they can be filtered, searched, and deleted one by one through the interface. If you upload a new file, all old records will be deleted and replaced with new ones from the file.

To go to the "Blacklist" section, you need to open the administrative panel by selecting "Admin" in the left menu. After that, find the "Security" block on the settings page and click on the "Blacklist" link located inside this block.

After navigating to the "Blacklist" section, buttons "Download Template" and "Upload List" will appear at the top of the page. To add new records to the blacklist, you first need to download the template by clicking the "Download Template" button. You need to enter information about those who need to be added to the blacklist into this template, and then save the file on your computer.

To upload data, be sure to use the provided template, as it contains the correct structure and necessary fields for correctly adding records to the blacklist. This will help avoid errors during import and ensure that all data is processed correctly by the system.

To fill in the fields, use the "Example of filling fields for uploading to the blacklist". It provides descriptions of all available fields and examples of values that will help you correctly format the data for import. There are no required fields for uploading to the blacklist; you only need to fill in the fields that are necessary for uploading.

After uploading the filled file, a message will appear: "Blacklist was successfully uploaded!". After that, you need to refresh the page.

An updated list automatically appears on the page, displaying all added blacklist records. These records can be used in the Decision Making System (DMS) for automatic verification and decision-making on clients.

The page has filtering available by various fields, such as full name, date of birth, passport data, TIN, SNILS, electronic wallets, bank card, and other parameters. This allows you to quickly find the needed records.

To search by phone number in the BL, use the format as in the upload template (79991234567), as the filter does not work with numbers in the displayed format (+7 (999) 123-47-15).

Also, if necessary, any record can be deleted. To do this, you need to find the desired record in the table and click on the red cross at the end of the row.

Use only the current template for uploading. Fill in as many fields as possible to improve search and verification accuracy. If errors occur during upload, check the data format and column correspondence to the template.

Blacklist in the Decision Making System (DMS)

Detailed instructions describing the Decision Making System (DMS) are posted on the official Brainysoft website in the user instructions section at the link "Decision Making System (DMS)". This article will describe in detail how to work with the blacklist within the DMS.

Creating a new DMS

To create a new DMS with a blacklist, you need to go to the administrative panel by selecting "Admin" in the left menu. In the opened settings section, you need to find the "Credit Pipeline" block and select "Decision Making Systems".

The opened window displays a list of all existing DMS with their names, activity status, and available actions. To search for the needed scheme, you can use the search bar by name.

To create a new DMS, click the "Create" button at the top of the screen. After that, a form will open for entering the name of the new scheme and further configuring its parameters and verification steps.

In the opened window, you need to enter the name of the decision making system step, check the box that the scheme is active. To add a verification step to the DMS, you need to click the "add" button.

Next, you need to select the desired option from the "Blacklist" block in the list of available verification types — for example, "Blacklist: Full Name", "Blacklist: Mobile Phone" or another suitable parameter by which the verification will be performed in the DMS.

After selecting the verification option, you need to configure the DMS step parameters on the right side. Here you specify the step sequence number, you can mark whether the step will be blocking or permitting, if necessary select a nested scheme, and you must specify the rejection reason that will be used when the verification result is positive.

You can also add the required number of verifications by clicking the "Add Step" buttons — at the beginning or end of the list. If necessary, the order of steps can be changed.

After all settings have been made, you need to click the "Save" button.

It is important to remember that if verifications have already been performed using one of the schemes, it will be impossible to edit it, as rejection statuses are stored in the system for analytical purposes.

Incoming Channels

To configure an incoming channel, you need to go to the "Incoming Channels" tab, select the desired channel from the list (for example, LOAN_APPLICATION), then specify the corresponding DMS scheme in the "Scheme" field and click the "Save" button to apply the changes.

Description of incoming channels:

  • ECOMM — typically used for applications coming from e-commerce platforms, online stores, or partner websites.
  • UNO_MOMENTO — usually used for quick application processing or express mode, may be an integration with an instant lending service.
  • SITE — client personal account channel. Used when creating an application coming from the personal account on the website.
  • LOAN_APPLICATION — channel used when creating an application from the Brainysoft interface.
  • PRESCORE — a channel that is typically intended for preliminary assessment (prescoring) of a client before submitting the main application.
  • GENERATOR — usually used for automatic application generation, for example, for testing, integrations, or internal processes.

Creating a new application to verify DMS with blacklist

Example: Match found in the blacklist

After creating a new application and passing the blacklist verification step in the decision making system, if the specified parameter (for example, mobile phone) is found in the blacklist, a corresponding notification about the verification result appears in the application information window.

If the blocking function was selected for this step in the settings, the system will automatically block the application and assign it the status "Declined".

If you go to the lead card, information about the blacklist verification result will also be displayed. If a match is found and the verification step was blocking, the lead status will be marked as "Rejected".

Example: Match not found in the blacklist

If no match is found in the blacklist, a positive verification result is displayed in the application — a green checkmark appears next to the verification step and a message that the blacklist verification (for example, by mobile phone) was passed successfully.

The system user sets the application status to "Ready for Disbursement", and the "Create Contract" button becomes available. This means that the application has passed all verifications and can be approved for further processing.

When going to the lead card for which no match was found in the blacklist, a positive verification result is also displayed. The lead status changes to "Approved".
