Uploading a Bank Statement by Template

The Brainysoft system allows you to independently upload a bank statement through a special template. This simplifies the data import process and their further processing.


Step 1: Filling Out the Template

To upload a bank statement, you need to fill out the template. The template includes the following fields:

  1. Number Payment document number.

  2. Purpose The purpose of the payment is indicated, for example, "Loan Repayment".

  3. Type Operation type: Income or Expense.

  4. Category Payment category, for example, "Repayment".

  5. Status Record status for upload: Import.

  6. Date Upload date in the format: YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss (for example, 2018-05-21 09:00:00).

  7. Amount Payment amount.

  8. Contract Contract number to which the payment relates.

  9. Payment System ID (Bank Account ID) Bank account ID from the "Banks" directory.

Note: Make sure all data is filled in correctly to avoid errors during upload.


Step 2: Selecting a Template for Upload

After filling out the file, select it for upload to the program. To do this:

  1. Go to the bank statement upload section.
  2. Click the "Select File" button and specify the path to the template file.

Step 3: Uploading the Template

Upload the template to the system. After uploading:

  • You can see the upload status.
  • If necessary, you can download the upload report for verification.

Verifying Uploaded Data

Go to the corresponding contract and open the "Financial Information" section to see the uploaded payments. All operations related to the contract are displayed here, including:

  • Payment status,
  • Amount,
  • Operation date,
  • Category.

Note: If the data is displayed incorrectly, check the correctness of the template filling and repeat the upload.
