8. Obtaining an SSL Certificate for the Subdomain
Where is the Personal Account hosted and how to create a certificate so that lk.company.ru opens?
Your Personal Account — lk.company.ru is on the Brainysoft server. For all personal accounts, this is a single IP address: 185.10.45.188
To access your Personal Account, you need to do 2 things
- Add an A record with the address 185.10.45.188 in the DNS records of your hosting. This will serve as a link from our hosting, where your personal account is located, to the address lk.company.ru.
- Register an SSL certificate that will be valid specifically for the subdomain https://lk.company.ru. If you create it on Let's Encrypt, during the creation process, this service will ask you to confirm ownership of your subdomain lk.company.ru. For example, upload a text file with a set of characters required by Let's Encrypt to your hosting. After confirming ownership of lk.company.ru, you will be able to download the certificate keys, which need to be sent to our manager.
We need to receive:
- SSL-certificate.txt
- SSL-certificate-key.txt
- Certificate-chain.txt
Certificate renewal will be automatic, configured on our side.
p.s. The certificate can be issued by a domain seller or generated through the Letsencrypt website.
If the domain seller does not provide the ability to obtain a certificate, and a free option is needed, we recommend "DNS-01 Challenge" (https://letsencrypt.org/ru/docs/challenge-types/).
9. Data from the Technical Support Manager
- File storage tags;
- How will we disburse money? gettingMoneyMethodIds
- If disbursing money at the office, in which subdivisions (subdivisionIds)?
- Which modules are enabled? (offer signing, Card disbursement, Registration, Documents page; prolongation, early repayment, regular payment in the agreement).
