Leads

Lead — is a key entity in the Brainysoft system, representing a potential customer or interested party who may become a source of new applications and contracts. Leads can enter the system from various acquisition channels (for example, through a website form, CRM system, integration with external services, or other sources).

Main characteristics of leads:

  • Minimum data set: A lead may contain only basic information, such as full name and contact details.
  • Data enrichment: During the process of working with a lead, you can supplement and edit its data.
  • Process automation: If there is sufficient data, the lead can be automatically converted into a customer, application, and contract using the DRS.

Capabilities for working with leads:

  1. Lead intake:

    • Leads can enter the system from various sources: feedback forms, advertising campaigns, partner programs, personal account, etc.
    • To view incoming leads, use the "Leads" section.
  2. Data verification and enrichment:

    • A lead can be edited by adding missing information.
  3. Lead conversion:

    • Based on a lead, you can create a customer, application, or contract if the provided information meets system requirements.
  4. Statistics viewing:

    • To analyze the effectiveness of lead acquisition channels, you can generate the "Leads Report", specifying the time period.
    • Lead intake data is available in the "Admin → Leads" tab.

Usage example:

  • A lead enters the system through a feedback form on the company website.
  • The manager supplements the lead data by adding information about income, passport data, and other parameters.
  • After verifying the lead through the DRS, the system automatically creates a customer and generates a loan application.

Important to remember:

  • Leads serve as a starting point for attracting new customers and generating applications.
