Custom Lead Statuses
A directory that stores custom lead statuses. This directory allows companies to create a list of their own business statuses and assign these statuses to a specific lead directly to the user. Statuses are used for informational purposes or for convenient sorting, searching, and filtering in various reports.
To view the directory, navigate to "Directories" > "Custom Lead Statuses".

To add a new status, click the "Create" button, fill in the status name, and click the "Save" button to save:

To assign a custom lead status, you need to open the lead in view mode

At the bottom of the screen, there is information about statuses. The widget saves the history of previously assigned statuses, indicating the date of status assignment, the status, and the user who set the status.
To add a new status, select the required status from the dropdown list in the "Status" field and click the "New Status" button.
These statuses have no effect on the lead lifecycle and are purely informational.
