**1. A new functionality for applying a preferential interest rate for the initial loan period has been created.**
Field " Interest-free period (in days)" is renamed to " Deferred Grace period (in days)".
A new field "Interest rate for the deferred grace period" has been added
Changes in the logic of interest accrual - if you set the number of days for a Deferred Grace Period and specify a preferential interest rate for it , then for the specified grace period, interest is accrued at the preferential rate, and after the expiration, it is recalculated at the standard rate from the contract.
If the preferential interest rate is not specified (equal to zero), then within the specified grace period, interest is not accrued and starts only after the expiration of this period
**2. A new characteristic "Resident" has been added to the directory "Accounts".**
**3. When initializing a new Cash Flow, the first active cash register for the current user's department is substituted.**
**4. A new type of process - Zeroing of reserves and discount after the end of the loan, has been added**
**5.A new mode "Excluding captive contracts" has been created in the Central Bank's report**
