Search for collateral by the list of identifiers

Search for collateral by a comma-separated list of identifiers. If you pass the preserveOrder parameter to the method with a value of true, the method will return the pledges in a JSON file in exactly the order that was passed to the method. If this parameter is not passed, then pledges are returned by ascending identifier
