Receiving transactions on the specified date with a link to the document (through which the transaction was created) and the associated DDS (if any)
The method allows you to get all transactions under a contract with a date less than or equal to the passed date (inclusive).
For example: 2017-09-20 is passed to the method and all operations are actually returned less than or equal to 2017-09-20 23:59:59.
