GET
The method returns an element of the directory "Repayment order" by ID.
Two redemption orders are marked as System (respectively, they cannot be edited or deleted):
Penalty, Interest, Principal (101201) - as it is used in the Redemption document (Fines, Interest, Fixed Assets)
All penalties, all interest, all principal (101207) - used as the default order for cases where the order is not specified (for example, to pay off fees on deposit / share contracts)
All other repayment orders can be edited / deleted
